The rip-up/move furniture around process...Phase 1

This project was a true pain. We have enough furniture that we had to schedule the install in 2 parts. First phase was the living room, dining room and area before going into the closet/bathroom area. That means we had to move most of our stuff into the bedroom. Fun times! We left the couches, my desk , the buffet and the kitchen table and paid the $50 moving charge. We also tore up the carpet and threw it out ourselves to save another $400 or so. When we fix had an estimate done, they wanted to charge $800 just to move furniture which is another reason why we split the days up.

The rip-up/move furniture around process...Phase 2

The second phase was the rest of the place, and we moved everything out of the bedroom. More Fun times! See some more pictures below of the action.

The final product...

We are happy with the way the place turned out. We also regret not installing new carpet before moving in - and saving us the backpain of moving all that furniture. We thought carpet cleaners would help - but they were a waste of money. Hindsight is 20/20.
